We may collect business account information, platform usage data, and customer or lead data provided by your team while using the platform. All customer and lead data remains owned by your business.

2. Google User Data We Access

If you choose to connect your Google account, KynaOne may access limited Google Calendar data, such as event titles, dates, and times. This access is strictly used to create, update, or delete calendar reminders related to tasks and follow-ups within your CRM.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to operate and improve the platform, enable CRM automation features, provide customer support, and maintain platform security. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

4. AI & Data Usage

AI features analyze CRM data only to assist with internal workflows such as task prioritization and reminders. Google user data is never used to train AI models or for advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing & Limited Use

KynaOne does not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations. Our use of Google user data is strictly limited to the functionality described in this policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect all data, including encrypted storage and secure access controls. While no system is completely secure, safeguarding your information is a priority.

7. Your Rights & Control

You may revoke KynaOne’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

8. Data Retention

Google Calendar data is retained only for as long as required to provide the requested reminder functionality and is removed when access is revoked or no longer necessary.
